The Danish Tourism Act, published on 17 December, 2014, by the Ministry of Business and Growth, establishes the framework for organizing, promoting, and developing tourism in Denmark. It creates the National Tourism Forum to coordinate public tourism efforts, develop national strategies, and conduct annual analyses. The act also sets up regional and local bodies to facilitate tourism development and marketing. Emphasizing sustainable tourism, it ensures consumer protection and promotes various tourism sectors, including coastal, nature, business, and urban tourism (The original piece available only in Danish).
