The Europeana TwinIt conference, supported by the European Commission, convened EU member states to discuss the use of 3D technology in preserving and sharing Europe's cultural treasures. TwinIt aims to digitize and showcase cultural heritage, promoting accessibility, preservation, and innovation in education and research. Representatives from Tourism 4.0 emphasized the importance of investing in experiences that bring cultural heritage closer to the public and highlighted the potential of data spaces for tourism and media.
