The European Union Agency for Railways is inviting feedback from stakeholders through a web survey—open until 11 July 2025—to support the revision of technical standards for train-platform interfaces and to improve independent accessibility for persons with disabilities.

The European Union Agency for Railways invites feedback on the train boarding and alighting experience from associations representing passengers, older adults, and persons with reduced mobility (PRM).

This is a valuable opportunity to help shape the forthcoming revision of the technical standards governing the interface between trains and platforms, as outlined in the PRM Technical Specifications for Interoperability (PRM TSI).
