Join the movement for greener, more sustainable hotel services in the EU! The Technical Secretariat is calling for participation from industry experts, environmental advocates, policymakers, and the public to review and provide feedback on the 2nd draft Product Environmental Footprint Category Rules (PEFCR) for hotel accommodations.
Your input is invaluable in forming effective methodologies that bolster the environmental performance of hotels, guiding smarter decisions for businesses, legislators, and consumers alike. The consultation kicks off from 20 April and runs until 2 June 2026. To get involved, register on our website starting 20 April to access the draft PEFCR and submit your comments through email or participate via a short survey.
Additionally, mark your calendar for an enlightening webinar on 30 April 2026, from 14:00 to 16:00 CEST. This session will detail the draft PEFCR and include a Q&A to address your queries.
