Visit Finland, the national organisation responsible for promoting Finland as a sustainable and attractive international travel destination, has committed to addressing data gaps relevant to policymaking. As part of this effort, the organisation—together with Statistics Finland—has launched the monthly Visit Finland Border Survey, providing insights into visitor numbers, revenue streams, carbon emissions, and data-driven traveller segments from March 2023 through to the end of 2024, when the RRF funding ends.

You can explore the full pledge via the attached link, including details on the annual investment, strategic goals, and planned actions aimed at fulfilling this commitment.
