By 31 December 2029, APIT, through the National Tourism Skills Partnership (NSTP) Moldova, commits to strengthen employer–VET cooperation in tourism by establishing a structured national skills partnership, delivering at least three joint skills and apprenticeship initiatives, and engaging at least 150 learners, workers and employers in green, digital and work-based learning activities. Progress will be reported semi-annually.

Implementation of the NSTP Moldova commitment
The Tourism Industry Employers’ Association of Moldova (APIT), through the National Tourism Skills Partnership (NSTP Moldova), commits to strengthening structured cooperation between tourism employers, vocational education and training providers, public institutions and European partners.
The commitment aims to address tourism skills needs while supporting the green and digital transition of Moldova’s tourism sector.
By 31 December 2029, APIT aims to:
• consolidate NSTP Moldova as a structured cooperation mechanism for tourism skills;
• develop and implement at least three joint initiatives in tourism skills, apprenticeships or work-based learning;
• engage at least 150 learners, employees, employers and/or VET participants in skills-development activities;
• promote green and digital skills relevant to tourism enterprises and destinations;
• strengthen tourism skills intelligence and cooperation between employers and education providers;
• participate in European peer-learning, exchange of good practices and transnational cooperation on tourism skills.
Progress will be reviewed and reported on a semi-annual basis. Evidence may include project activities, training participation, partnership development, skills assessments, pilot initiatives and European cooperation activities.
