Data-driven tourism services:

Action: Developing an integrated platform that uses data analysis to provide personalized tourism services and introduces strategic systems for visitor guidance. (Part of the EXODUS pilot project in 5 EU countries)

Investment: 
A budget of €300,000.00 is needed to develop and maintain the technological infrastructure that enables these personalized and efficient services.

Goal: The main objective for 2025 is to enhance customer experience through data-driven adjustments while increasing booking efficiency.
