The FU-TOURISM project offers two pilots at DMO level, where the overall DMO strategy and support to SMEs is tested in two unique UNESCO tourist destinations: the city of Valencia (Spain) and the city of Poreč (Croatia). These two Green Destinationswill act as DMO Living Lab to offer real local challenges of green and digital transition, which SMEs can address.
In addition, 2 European demonstrators will be launched in Valencia and Poreč which will include the selection and allocation of funding to EXPERIMENT and PILOT in the generation of concepts and testing of prototypes to improve products, services, processes or strategies for sustainable and digital tourism.
This implementation is part of the specific objectives of the project and will be carried out during the 3 years of the project (September 2023-September 2026) in a transversal manner with the implementation of the Living Labs and the acceleration programs.
