The PacTS4ALL project, funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ programme, aims to strengthen the coordination of tourism-related upskilling and reskilling initiatives across Europe—particularly through the Pact for Skills for Tourism and the Large-Scale Skills Partnership (LSP). Coordinated by a consortium of European organisations from five countries, the project focuses on fostering innovation in tourism education and training, promoting systemic change, and supporting forward-looking ideas aligned with EU priorities. Running from November 2023 to October 2025, its expected outcomes include the development of innovative training methods, enhanced stakeholder engagement, and long-term policy recommendations to support a more resilient and skilled tourism workforce across Europe.
