The Strategy and Action Plan turns four years of research into a ten-year roadmap for skilling, upskilling and reskilling the tourism and hospitality workforce, building on the earlier NTG Blueprint for Sectoral Cooperation on Skills and aligning it with digital, green and social sustainability priorities across the EU.

Alongside it, PANTOUR is publishing a separate report on how to sustain that work without continued EU funding. Its main mechanism is the National and Regional Skills Partnership (NRSP): a standing platform bringing together tourism businesses, education and training providers, and public authorities at country or regional level. Over the project's lifetime, PANTOUR established and supported a dozen or so of these across Europe (sources differ between twelve and thirteen), and has now distilled that experience into a replicable model, with practical recommendations, so other regions can set up their own NRSPs after the project itself has closed.
