The ST3ER Project has launched an open call aimed at tourism-related SMEs seeking to enhance their innovative capacities in both digital and green domains. This initiative is designed to foster resilience and sustainability within the tourism sector while aligning with the broader European twin transition goals. By providing financial support, mentoring, training, and networking opportunities, ST3ER aims to create a dynamic environment where small and medium enterprises can thrive amidst contemporary challenges. The open call is divided into two distinct categories: Individual SME Innovation Projects and Collaborative Innovation Projects. Individual projects can receive a grant of €25,000, specifically for tourism SMEs that propose innovative solutions to address digital and green transition challenges. Collaborative projects, which must involve a partnership of 2 to 4 SMEs, offer a larger grant of €30,000 and focus on experimental carbon footprint reduction initiatives or other sustainability practices.
