The Deputy Ministry of Tourism of Cyprus has launched the "Taste Cyprus – Delightful Journeys" certification to highlight and promote the country’s rich gastronomic heritage. It aims to recognise and reward businesses that adhere to specific quality standards in showcasing authentic Cypriot cuisine and local products.Eligible entities include restaurants, taverns, hotel and agrotourism dining areas, as well as small producers of local goods and retailers selling Cypriot products. Certified participants receive promotional support, consulting services, and access to financial guidance to enhance their operations. Applications can be sent to the Deputy Ministry of Tourism or submitted electonically.
