EIT Food is looking for an organisation or consortium to deliver farmer advisory services for the Lower Silesia 360° regenerative agriculture landscape in Poland in 2027–2028. Building on farms recruited in 2026, the programme aims to reach up to 170 farmers and around 21,470 hectares by the end of 2028. Up to €910,786 in funding is available, with applications open until 14 October 2026.

The selected applicant will be responsible for recruiting farmers and providing regenerative agriculture advice, including the preparation of Transition Plans, training, soil sampling and support for demonstration farms. The work will be carried out in cooperation with corporate offtakers, an MRV consortium and a designated laboratory.

Lower Silesia 360° was launched in 2025 with partners including Bunge, PepsiCo, Viking Malt, Malteurop and the Lower Silesian Agricultural Advisory Centre (DODR). The initiative focuses on four key crops: rapeseed, wheat, malting barley and sugar beet.

Applicants must have at least three years of relevant experience in Poland, the capacity to provide ongoing support to farmers in Polish, and the ability to report in English.
