Running from 2023 to 2027 with a budget of €1.66 million, the project brings together managing authorities from Estonia, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Romania, Sweden and Slovakia to exchange experience through partner meetings, stakeholder engagement and peer reviews, focusing on digitalisation, industrial sustainability, social innovation and soft innovation measures in turn. The exchange is expected to identify 47 good practices and improve seven regional policy instruments, one per partner region.

Concrete outcomes are already emerging: in Estonia, the project's input helped inform a national funding round to support entrepreneurial hubs in rural areas, while regional stakeholder groups in Slovakia and Sweden have used the platform to connect local food strategies with broader industrial transition planning.
