In 2025, FEDIAF continued to disseminate and promote the EU Code of Conduct among its members and stakeholders through its website, LinkedIn, the Madrid Annual Congress, external presentations, and its Working Groups. Its activities advanced several of the Code's seven aspirational objectives, including the September 2025 Nutritional Guidelines, new healthy-weight factsheets, the endorsed Pet Food PEFCR, and dedicated work safeguarding Category 3 animal by-products for pet food. FEDIAF also developed sector-specific tools to support the Code and engaged in dialogue with other food-chain organisations through GAPFA, FoodDrinkEurope, the EU Feed Chain Task Force, the EU Platform on Animal Welfare, and the Pet Alliance.
