The DBAN project, titled “Digital Blue Economy and Innovation Acceleration Network,” is a two-year initiative, which took place from July 2022 to June 2024. It was aimed at fostering a sustainable and digitalized blue economy in the Black Sea region, focusing on creating a network to accelerate digital blue innovations. Its primary objectives included supporting blue growth initiatives, helping SMEs transition towards sustainable resource management, and developing a regional blue growth strategy to identify local needs and potential for smart blue innovation.
