It was aimed at fostering sustainable economic growth in the Black Sea area, focusing on developing a collaborative framework to enhance innovation, digitalization, and investment in key sectors such as fisheries, aquaculture, coastal and maritime tourism, and maritime transport. Its primary objectives included identifying and addressing local capacity building needs to boost the blue economy, promoting cross-border cooperation, and stimulating sustainable practices to preserve region's natural and cultural heritage.
