The project is co-funded by EU in 2022 and discovers case study about the Podere La Villetta agrotourism - the initiative of Cristina Salvadori, a young farmer passionate about combining agriculture with tourism. Established in 2005, this typical Tuscan farmhouse offers six independent rooms named after the women in the Salvadori family, reflecting its familial roots. The farmhouse, open year-round, adapts to seasonal tourist flows and offers a unique combination of agricultural heritage and hospitality, emphasizing personalized guest experiences and maintaining traditional farming activities. This approach not only supports local tourism but also preserves the cultural and agricultural landscape of the region.
