The PANTOUR project has recognised the Lapland Education Centre REDU in Finland as a best practice. It has developed a new training model to address labour shortages in the tourism and restaurant industry. This initiative offers vocational degrees that include local knowledge, working life skills and Finnish language and culture. Training will help seasonal employees understand their rights and responsibilities, potentially encouraging them to remain in Lapland's tourism sector. For a detailed overview of best practices, including key principles, examples, case studies,  challenges, benefits and outcomes, please refer to the attached link to the PANTOUR project analysis published on 11 March 2025.
