The three-year project under the Erasmus+ programme, launched on 1 October 2023, is coordinated by Eszterházy Károly Catholic University, a higher education institution in Hungary, in collaboration with five partners. The project aims to combat climate change by creating learning materials and an e-learning platform to provide knowledge for more sustainable tourism, primarily targeting future professionals in the sector. It also focuses on inclusivity by making learning materials accessible to those with fewer opportunities and supports the digital transformation of higher education. Key anticipated outcomes include an e-learning platform tailored to tourism and hospitality students in five languages, measurement tools to assess usability, and overall improved knowledge, skills, and attitudes of students, along with increased transnational collaboration.
