Commissioner for Energy and Housing Dan Jørgensen visited Athens to take part in the 20th anniversary of the Energy Community at the Informal Ministerial Council, reinforcing EU cooperation with neighbouring countries on energy issues.

During his visit, he met with with key Greek leaders, including Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis and several ministers, to advance the EU’s energy and housing agenda.

The following day, Commissioner Jørgensen visited the High Voltage Centre in Aspropyrgos a key project for Greece’s energy infrastructure and the integration of renewable energy.
