Eurostat published updated data on construction producer prices for new residential buildings in the EU-27 on 26 August 2026. The data are reported under the quarterly dataset STS_COPI_Q. According to the dataset, the construction producer price index for new residential buildings stood at 126.4 in the first quarter of 2026 and increased to 128.3 in the second quarter of 2026, representing a 1.5% quarter-on-quarter increase. The figures cover the EU-27 and are based on 2021=100.
