Digital Building Logbooks are aimed to deliver a comprehensive, trusted repository of building information that strengthens transparency, connects the value chain, and unlocks innovation and cost savings. This studdy provides an overview of current practice through a set of case studies and stakeholder insights, and presents a concise cost-benefit analysis to quantify the economic, social, and environmental impacts of widespread DBL implementation. The analysis provides practical evidence in support of strategies relating to affordable housing, circularity and other policy objectives.
