The inaugural meeting of the HLCF Task Force on Offsite Construction marked the beginning of a collaborative process to identify practical actions that can accelerate the uptake of industrialised construction across Europe. Discussions covered regulatory and non-regulatory barriers, opportunities to stimulate market demand through public procurement and investment, and examples of successful initiatives that could be replicated across Member States. Participants also exchanged views on standardisation, certification, financing, skills, industrialised renovation and circular construction.
