The European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA) has launched a new Communication Toolkit to help beneficiaries of EU-funded projects communicate their results more effectively. The toolkit offers practical, step-by-step guidance for planning, implementing, and evaluating communication activities, ensuring project stories reach wider audiences and highlight their real impact.

It includes ten golden rules for EU visibility and branding, advice on building a communication plan, and tips for crafting impactful messages. Beneficiaries can also explore real-life examples of successful communication campaigns from across EU programmes, learning how to make their achievements more engaging and relatable.

In addition, the toolkit provides recommendations on monitoring and evaluating communication efforts, as well as advice on tackling modern challenges, such as communicating around AI and disinformation. By following this guidance, project coordinators and partners can boost visibility, attract new collaborations, and raise their organisations’ profiles.

Whether launching a new project or enhancing ongoing outreach, the CINEA Communication Toolkit is a valuable resource for transforming project outcomes into inspiring stories that demonstrate how EU-funded initiatives contribute to society, sustainability, and innovation.
