The Helpdesk is available in all EU languages and provides personalised, expert support in three areas: finding relevant tools, case studies and good practices; identifying EU funding opportunities and eligibility information; and connecting cities with peers, networks and experts.

Launched on 14 October 2026 during the European Week of Regions and Cities, the Helpdesk forms part of the EU Agenda for Cities. It is implemented by the European Urban Initiative and accessible through Portico and the EU Cities Portal. Read more on Regional and Urban Policy.
