In May 2024, the Lapland and Uusimaa regions in Finland had the highest number of accommodation establishments. Together, they accounted for over 27.6% of all accommodations in the country. Additionally, Uusimaa and Ostrobothnia had the highest occupancy rates among other regions during the same period. This trend was consistent even before the pandemic.
