The Tourism Worker of the Year Award by the Malta Tourism Observatory acknowledges tourism industry employees who have provided exceptional service and performance beyond their usual roles. Eligible sectors encompass accommodation, catering, travel and tourism services, visitor attractions, diving centers, and English language learning. To submit an entry, a form must be filled out, showcasing the employee’s performance during 2024 in an eligible business or company.
