The LAG Leipziger Muldenland, in cooperation with its decision-making body, the Coordination Committee, has launched a call for project proposals under the Tourism & Recreation action area, as part of the 2023–2027 LEADER Development Strategy.
The aim is to enhance local tourism, leisure opportunities, and regional identity by supporting investments in existing buildings and the creation of alternative accommodation options to expand lodging capacity.
Eligible applicants—including local authorities, public institutions, and private organisations—are invited to submit their proposals between 23 June 2025 and 11 August 2025. A total of EUR 300,000 is available for this call. Funding will cover up to 80% of eligible project costs, with individual grants ranging from EUR 5,000 to EUR 100,000.
