The INTERREG Bavaria–Czechia 2021–2027 programme has launched its sixth call for project proposals, aimed at fostering cross-border collaboration between Bavaria and the Czech Republic. This call supports initiatives under all programme priorities, including Priority 4: Culture and Sustainable Tourism.
Funding is available for innovative projects that promote mutual understanding, reduce barriers, and enhance networking between citizens, while also improving quality of life and strengthening the role of culture and sustainable tourism in the region.
Eligible applicants include public bodies, non-profit organisations, research institutions, SMEs, and education providers located within the programme area.
Selected projects may receive co-financing from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), covering up to 80% of eligible expenditure, with a total available budget of approximately EUR 17.2 million.
