The Interreg Spain-Portugal (POCTEP) initiative has announced its 7th call for projects, emphasising pluriregional strategic operations to enhance cross-border cooperation between Spain and Portugal. Projects from 15 Spanish and 21 Portuguese regions that align with objectives in research, climate change, risk prevention, and health, focusing on smarter, greener, and more social Europe themes, including culture and sustainable tourism, are eligible to apply. Applications must have a minimum budget of EUR 4 million, with EUR 33.6 million in European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) aid available. The submission period is open until 24 April 2025.
