EIT Urban Mobility, an innovation community for urban mobility in Europe established in 2019 by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), launched the Rapid Applications for Transport (RAPTOR) programme. This competition connects cities, innovators, and SMEs to tackle urban mobility challenges. Start-ups and SMEs compete to offer the most innovative, feasible, and impactful solutions. In 2025, 14 cities/municipalities from across Europe are participating in the RAPTOR programme, and 14 projects will be selected from applications submitted by 12 February 2025, to develop and test their solutions to urban mobility challenges.
