The Tourism 4.0 project released an infographic in November 2023, showcasing how cutting-edge technologies like AI, big data, and IoT are revolutionizing the tourism industry. It explains what AI is and isn’t, offers tips for integrating AI into tourism businesses, outlines the technical processes of AI projects, and highlights the benefits of using AI in tourism. The infographic also addresses common problems AI can solve in the industry and presents typical use cases such as demand forecasting, dynamic pricing optimization, and customer segmentation. By publishing this infographic, the project aims to raise awareness and improve both the tourist experience and the quality of life for residents.
