The NaTour4CChange project, a European initiative funded by the Interreg Euro-MED Programme, published its survey report on best practices for climate action in Mediterranean coastal tourism destinations in October 2024. The report provides a comprehensive foundation for future project activities by synthesising insights from various sources, analysing current climate actions, identifying gaps and opportunities, and showcasing best practices in the Mediterranean tourism sector. It aims to establish a comprehensive understanding of how Mediterranean coastal destinations are addressing climate change challenges and highlights key opportunities for enhancing resilience.
