The OECD report, released in December 2024, provides actionable steps to enhance collaboration and capacity-building among tourist boards and destination management organisations in Croatia. It aims to support sustainable tourism development in line with Croatia's Sustainable Tourism Development Strategy 2030, considering the evolving legal framework, governance, and funding for destination management. Additionally, the report offers insights into best practices and recommendations to strengthen destination management, which can be implemented to achieve long-term sustainability goals.
