The Walloon Tourism Observatory published the Digital Strategy for Tourism in Wallonia on 18 October 2021. The study aims to guide the digital transformation of the tourism sector in Wallonia and was presented to the regional parliamentary committee. It outlines strategic priorities to enhance digital capabilities, improve visitor experiences, and support tourism stakeholders in adapting to evolving digital trends.
