The objective of the course is to equip participants with the skills necessary to discover, engage, and retain visitors, thereby securing their financial viability. It covers the role of museums and visitor attractions in tourism, their unique characteristics, and marketing principles applicable to these contexts. Enrolling in the course is free, and there is an option to obtain a certificate of completion for EUR 49.
