The French State and the Grand Est Region are offering up to EUR 140,000 per kilometre to enhance cycling infrastructure as part of national and regional route development plans.

The French State and the Regional Council of Grand Est have launched a support programme to encourage the development of cycling routes included in national or regional cycling plans. Public project owners may receive financial assistance covering up to 40% of eligible expenses, with a maximum limit of EUR 140,000 per kilometre of developed route.
