The EU DigiTOUR Project is an initiative co-funded by the COSME Programme of the European Union. Its primary objective is to facilitate the digital transition of European tourism to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that have fallen behind in adopting and fully leveraging digital technologies. The project’s goal is to mold the future generation of EU tourism SMEs by creating innovative and intelligent tourism solutions, products, services, skills, and business models using AI, IoT, VR and AR, and big data. The primary objective of EU DigiTOUR is to facilitate the digital paradigm shift in tourism SMEs.
