Girls Go Circular is an EU-funded education project aimed at bridging the digital gender gap by empowering schoolgirls aged 14-19 across Europe. Through its online learning platform, the Circular Learning Space, the project offers interactive modules on topics such as e-waste, climate change, and robotics, fostering digital and entrepreneurial competencies aligned with the EU Digital Competence Framework.

Since its inception, the initiative has successfully equipped over 40 000 girls from more than 1 000 schools throughout Europe with essential skills, contributing to increased diversity in STEM fields. By engaging in challenge-based exercises, students learn to identify business opportunities, take initiative, and work collaboratively, which prepares them to become future leaders and entrepreneurs.

The project supports Action 13 of the European Commission’s digital education action plan, encouraging women's participation in STEM. By focusing on the circular economy, Girls Go Circular raises environmental awareness and empowers students to address societal challenges, building a more sustainable future for Europe.
