Aimed at enhancing the Czech Republic’s image as a leading tourist destination, the 2021–2025 Strategy of the CzechTourism Agency outlines a systematic approach to both domestic and international promotion. Developed in collaboration with key partners, including tourism experts Ingrid Sieder and Doug Lansky, this strategy builds on insights from the previous Tourism Marketing Concept (2013–2020). It features a clear division into corporate and destination goals to allow for precise measurement and ongoing evaluation of progress.
Focused on sustainable tourism and effective management, the strategy addresses the need for well-defined, actionable goals and outlines activities to maintain, strengthen, or adjust tourism initiatives. By integrating best practices and trends from European and global destinations, it aims to adapt and enhance the Czech Republic’s tourism sector, ensuring alignment with evolving industry standards and consumer expectations.
