The Deputy Ministry of Tourism of Cyprus has launched the Collaboration Scheme for Travel Bloggers, Influencers, and Content Creators 2024, published on July 31, 2024. This initiative aims to enhance Cyprus’ digital presence and promote the island as a diverse and high-quality tourism destination.

By partnering with influencers and content creators, the scheme seeks to highlight Cyprus’s natural beauty, cultural heritage, and unique experiences. The collaboration focuses on generating engaging content that increases traffic and engagement on the Ministry’s social media platforms, ultimately boosting Cyprus’ brand awareness in key markets.

It is expected that the outcomes of the scheme will include attraction of more visitors in Cyprus, improvement of Cyprus’s image as a tourism destination, and benefits from tourism to local communities.
