The ADT4Blue project, co-financed by the Interreg Atlantic Area programme of the European Commission, aims to support the digital and sustainable transformation of the Blue Economy. Implemented by a consortium of 13 partners from France, Ireland, Portugal, and Spain, the project harnesses advanced digital technologies — including artificial intelligence, blockchain, and the Internet of Things — to address maritime challenges in the Atlantic region. Running from September 2023 to August 2026, the project seeks to foster cross-regional cooperation, enhance digital competences, and develop scalable technological solutions to drive innovation and competitiveness in coastal and marine industries.
