The Cultural Platform Kvarken project, part of the Interreg Aurora program, aims to explore and establish a sustainable structure for cultural collaboration across the Kvarken region, which spans parts of Finland and Sweden. It takes place from April to December, 2024. This small-scale project seeks to bring together cultural stakeholders, consumers, businesses, and decision-makers to enhance awareness, create synergies, and contribute to the region’s attractiveness and growth. The project will study the feasibility of forming a continuous cultural cooperation platform, potentially leading to a larger-scale initiative if successful.
