The measure funds investments in e-commerce, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, digital marketing strategies and the digitalisation of production processes, with grants of between 40% and 70% of eligible costs, up to a maximum of €100,000 per project and a minimum project value of €10,000. Eligible activities explicitly include strengthening online sales channels, purchasing space on dedicated e-commerce marketplaces, and building marketing automation and customer relationship management capabilities tied to digital sales strategies.

Applications are processed on a rolling, day-by-day basis through the region's telematic portal, meaning funds can be exhausted before the submission window closes on 12 October, with authorities explicitly advising businesses to prepare documentation in advance and apply as early as possible within the opening days. A 30% reserve of the total budget has been set aside specifically to accommodate any withdrawals or revoked awards without disrupting the measure's overall financial balance.
