The "Voucher Digitalizzazione PMI 2026" measure, funded with €18 million from the ERDF and €1.2 million from the regional chamber-of-commerce system, provides non-repayable grants to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises investing in digital technologies, including the acquisition of digital goods and services, specialist consultancy, and dedicated training pathways. Grant intensity varies according to the size of the beneficiary company and the characteristics of the proposed project.

To promote uptake of the measure, Piedmont Region and Unioncamere Piemonte organised a series of free information sessions across the territory: Novara (8 September), Alessandria (10 September), Cuneo (11 September) and Turin (16 September), each followed by the option of individual consultations with programme experts. Applications can be submitted electronically via the Restart platform from 22 October 2026 (11:00) to 15 December 2026 (16:00), with documentation pre-loading possible from 12 October. Applications are processed on a rolling basis until funds are exhausted, so early submission is advised.
