The study will cover user interaction with DSA mechanisms including notice-and-action tools, trader information display, and compliance-by-design features. It aims to produce observational data on user behaviour rather than legal or compliance assessments, with results presented per platform rather than as cross-platform rankings. The contract covers 8 months with a maximum value of €400,000.

The call is of particular interest to organisations with expertise in user experience and behavioural research, quantitative or mixed-methods research, data analysis, and dataset development.
