The European Commission will host a sector-specific webinar on the implementation of the EU Forced Labour Regulation (FLR), with a focus on the textile sector. The session will address how textile businesses can prepare for the regulation and its implications for their supply chains.
The webinar will focus on supply chain visibility, supplier engagement and compliance strategies relevant to the textile sector, providing a sector-specific perspective on preparing for FLR implementation.
The webinar will take place online on 20 October 2026, from 14:30 to 16:30. It forms part of the European Commission’s series of sector-specific webinars supporting stakeholders in preparing for the FLR, which will become applicable on 14 December 2027.
