European Manufacturing Conference (EMC) 2026 will take place on 16–17 September 2026 in Brussels, Belgium. As a key European event for the manufacturing sector, it addresses how Europe can secure its industrial leadership in a context of shifting geopolitical dynamics, technological transformation and increasing security challenges.
The conference will explore the role of advanced manufacturing in shaping Europe’s future, including developments in artificial intelligence, quantum technologies, space manufacturing and dual use applications. At the same time, it will address structural challenges such as skills shortages, supply chain disruptions, rising production costs and cybersecurity risks affecting European industry.
EMC 2026 provides a platform for discussion on how innovation, research and industrial policy can contribute to strengthening Europe’s competitiveness and resilience. The programme includes keynote speeches, panel discussions and interactive sessions focusing on topics such as industrial strategy, investment, workforce development and sustainable manufacturing models.
