The Nordic-Baltic Textile Circularity Forum 2026 is organised by the tExtended project in collaboration with the textile project team of the Nordic Council of Ministers’ Offices in the Baltic States. The two-day forum will focus on advancing textile circularity through innovation, collaboration, and practical implementation approaches at both European and regional levels.

The event will feature discussions and workshops centred on circular textile solutions, systemic change, and the use of secondary raw materials in textile production. It will showcase examples of practical implementation of textile circularity and explore the value created through recycling and circular production models. According to the organisers, the first day of the forum will focus on textile circularity implementation at the European level, while the second day will shift towards developments and cooperation within the Nordic-Baltic region. The forum is expected to bring together stakeholders working across the textile ecosystem, including projects, industry representatives, and regional actors.

The event will take place on 7-8 October 2026 in Riga, Latvia, and will be held in a physical format. Registration is expected to open soon. As a closing event for the tExtended project, the forum aims to support continued dialogue and collaboration around circular textile systems in Europe and the Nordic-Baltic region.
